How do I pay?
The BOOK NOW links will take you through to pay by credit or debit card. You'll then get a receipt through by email if you want to reclaim the course fees from your company.

Can my company pay directly?
Yes!
Drop us an email via [email protected] and we'll raise an invoice for the company to pay.
Please note we do require invoices to be paid by the end of the first week of the course, so if you're using this route we advise starting early - we hate having to boot people off courses. -
Are there special rates for groups?
Yes!
If your company wants to send several people, please pop an email to Imogen via [email protected] and she'll walk you through the different tiers. -
What if I'm unemployed, or work for a charity?
Please get in touch with Imogen via [email protected] if you can prove you fall into one of these two categories. We sometimes have special rates available.

Do I have to be good with numbers?
No. Our courses don't require you to be good with maths or stats or data before you start. We'll help you with that, and make it easy.
We designed them to be good even for people that hated maths at school. -
What if I get stuck?
You can ask Grace a question, make a post on the course platform (which has spaces a bit like social media) for fellow students or magic numbers people to answer, post your questions with your homework submissions, or join group working live sessions.

Can I go to the live workshops if I'm not in the UK?
All workshops are by videocall rather than in person.
We've set the time of most live sessions to be compatible with UK and USA. All sessions are recorded, so if you're somewhere else, you will still be able to catch up. -
Are there any in person workshops?
Only an optional London pub course-end drink.
The rest is by video, so you won't miss anything if you don't have time or travel budget to come to London. -
Can I study on the train? in the park? anywhere?
Yes! We put loads of effort into this because we know you're busy and you have to fit learning in around your life.
On the train: Downloadable PDF handouts so you can read
In the park with the dog: Audio only streaming so you can listen
While kids are going off to sleep: Whack headphones in and watch the video on your phone

Which course is best for me?
If you work in marketing and need to use marketing data but have never had training on it, you should do Data Works.
If you sell online and want to get the balance of performance marketing and brand building right, you should do Scaling Up Works.

How long are courses? And what's in each week?
Week 1: Onboarding
Week 2, 3, 4: Three modules of teaching
Week 5: Reading week
Week 6, 7: Two further modules of teaching
Week 8,9,10: Assignment -
I have holiday during the course, will it be OK?
Usually, yes. That's the reason we popped a reading week in the middle of the modules, you can complete each module with only 2 hours time spent, so you should be able to catch up if you need a week off.

When will I get the dates for live sessions?
A detailed timetable will be made available one month prior to course start. It comes by email to people who have already onboarded and is published on this site for those still thinking about it

I'm in B2B, are your courses good for me?
Not really. They are mainly aimed at B2C and we do believe the issues are different for B2B.
We're planning a B2B specific course later on. -
Have you got a course for building MMM models?
Nope. We're focussing on training for marketers first.

Do I get a certificate and a mark?
Yes! If you complete all of the modules you will get a pass certificate.
If you do the assignment you will get an A, B, C mark on your certificate and also get the pass certificate too. -
Are you CPD accredited?
Yes! You'll gain 12 hours and a CPD certificate on completion.
